                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
                   WITH CLM ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
                   DEMOLITION SPECIFICATION SERVICES ON THE
                   1200 BLOCK OF MARKET STREET FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
                   ($20,000.00), PLUS REIMBURSEMENT OF
                   EXPENSES AT THE CITY'S NORMAL RATE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a
       Contract with CLM Engineering Associates, Inc. for demolition
       specification services on the 1200 Block of Market Street for a
       consideration of $20,000.00, plus reimbursement of expenses at 
the
       City's normal rate.
